By agreeing to these Terms & Conditions, I understand and agree that the nature of information I have provided for the purpose of Online Account Opening with/through MANU STOCK BROKING PRIVATE LIMITED may be used to query my details in KRA databases as well as to fetch my information from KRA databases.

Further, based on my request / consent to join MANU STOCK BROKING PRIVATE LIMITED as a client, I have been informed by MANU STOCK BROKING PRIVATE LIMITED that if uploaded, information available in my eAadhaar PDF/XML file can be used for the purpose of KYC which is mandatory for investors as per SEBI guidelines/regulations and that the same has to be uploaded into the SEBI’s KRA system. In case I select offline KYC mode for KYC purpose, I hereby provide my voluntary consent and authorize MANU STOCK BROKING PRIVATE LIMITED to extract and utilize my Aadhaar details [demographic information including photograph] from my e-Aadhaar PDF/XML file for the purpose of Online Account Opening with MANU STOCK BROKING PRIVATE LIMITED.

I understand that this KYC information which may include the Name, Gender, Date of Birth, Address and Photograph is being extracted from eAadhaar PDF/XML file to on-board me as a client with KRA. This application does not use or store Aadhaar number anywhere in the it's databases. The extracted information will not be used for other than aforementioned purpose. I also give my consent to CDSL (CVL-KRA/) / NSDL (NDML-KRA) to decrypt offline KYC data i.e. eAadhaar PDF/XML which is upload by me, and upload/update it into the CVL-KRA/ NDML-KRA system on behalf of MANU STOCK BROKING PRIVATE LIMITED.In case I select AADHAAR OTP /eKYC mode for KYC purpose, I hereby give my consent to authenticate myself by conducting an eKYC transaction through CDSL (CVL-KRA)/NSDL (NDML-KRA) which is a SEBI registered KRA.
